The plot of "Trouble With the Curve" features Eastwood as an aging baseball scout who is having trouble with his sight. He manages to convince his daughter to go on a scouting road trip. Timberlake will play Eastwood's friend, a former pitcher and talent spotter for the Yankees. Amy Adams has been cast as Eastwood's daughter, who is also a love interest for Timberlake's character. "Trouble With the Curve" is also the first movie Eastwood has starred in but not directed since 1993's "In the Line of Fire." The movie is set for a Sept. 28 release, and many believe that it will put Eastwood on the list for an Oscar nomination.
